Yes! We do take the majority of all major health insurance. We do not however accept Medicaid, Peoples Health, Medi-Share, and Blue Signature. If we do not accept your insurance we do offer discounted cash pay rates. We ask all of our patients to email a front and back copy of their insurance card so our front staff can verify your insurance before your scheduled appointment time.

Is any of the extra diagnostic testing offered covered by insurance?

Unfortunately, any extra diagnostic testing is not covered under insurance. They are a cash-pay service. Payments are collected for testing at the time of service.

How do I set up an appointment as a new patient?

Simply call our office to be entered in our system and we can get you scheduled as soon as possible. We do require all patients to complete the online New Patient Paperwork before your appointment. Please email a front and back copy of your insurance so your insurance can verified before your appointment. We ask all patients to arrive 15 minutes early so our front staff can collect any payments and update any information for your chart.

Do all providers in your office practice the same type of medicine?

Yes! All of our primary care providers practice integrative medicine.

What can I expect from a virtual visit?

A virtual appointment can be scheduled with your provider for most services. Certain appointments, such as acute care, prescription refills, and new patient appointments will need to be seen in office. A provider will conduct the appointment through a phone call or zoom. You will be contacted by the provider at the time scheduled. Our front staff will call to collect any payments owed for the appointment.

Do you see children?

We see patients from 2 and up. We do not however carry any vaccines if needed for a wellness appointment. A prescription can be written for those services.

Are there any requirements to receive IV Therapy and Injection Therapy?

In order to receive IV therapy or Injection therapy, a patient must be 18 years and older and cannot be with a child. If you are not an established patient, it is required to have a consultation with our nurse on staff at a minimal fee for the patient’s safety.
